A heavy duty thimble if ever we met one. This is the thimble for those tough jobs. A full dimpled metal top wraps your finger tip, which is encased in a leather body which will cover a least over the first finger joint. The seams and shape of the metal tip help to stop it from spinning on your finger. As it is so deep you are able to put quite a lot of pressure through this thimble. Being double sided it is also great if you are boring or working with an awl as the leather metal combo will protect you well.
