By popular demand, London Embroidery School is finally running a Jacobean Crewel work beginners class.
Course Outline: This graphic heritage technique dating from the 17th Century has a decidedly modern feel. Our lovely pelican class will cover a wide range of stitches including
- Split stitch
- Heavy chain stitch
- Trellis stitch
- Raised stem band stitch
- Button hole stitch
- Satin stitch
- Whipped wheel stitch
- and last by no means least …. everyones favourite french knots
Please book your course at least 1 week in advance, cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance and courses are not refundable.
The price includes the cost of £25.00 for the required kit.
