Introduction to Embroidery Online Class Part 3

(2 customer reviews)

New and wannabe embroiderers, this is the series for you!

Presenting our Introduction to Embroidery Online Class Series. During this series you will work on the Lily and Pomegranate design practising 8 classic stitches while we introduce you to different types of needles and thread, talk you through setting up your embroidery and creating good stitching practices. If you haven’t already done so, complete parts 1 and 2 before moving onto part 3.

Part 3

In this third part, we will move on from textural stitches of Part 2 and get a little more advanced. Starting with the very luxurious satin stitch, both in parallel and turning. We learn to make plush little flowers in the form of wheel stitch, whilst chain stitches, French knots and dangling root threads are thrown in there as well for good measure.

At the end of this class, your design will be ready to reframe and display so you can enjoy the fruits of your labour.

Kits are available to go along with this class, you can select from the Deluxe kit for all the materials and equipment you will need to complete this piece, or the Mini kit which just includes the materials.

Each class video is approximately an hour long, and you should expect it to take between 5-8 hours to complete the stitches in each part of the series.

When you have made your purchase, the link will be sent to your email and kits through the post. You can use the video as many times as you like, watch, rewatch, rewind and pause us as you please.
