We are back in the warehouse after our annual stocktake, we hope you also had a good Christmas Break.
Like many business based in the UK we are facing some issues with International shipping at the moment. You may already be aware but in the UK our postal service the Royal Mail have currently suspended International Services due to a cyber attack (click here to read more)
As a result of this, we are still able to take your orders on our website but please be aware we are unable to ship by our usual means until the suspension is lifted. This also applies to orders placed whilst we were closed (from 24th Dec onwards) as they have as yet, been unable to leave us.
We are so sorry for the delay this will cause you in getting your items and we will be shipping via other carriers whilst all this confusion continues. If you therefore need to amend you order or generally get in touch, please do so using the email address : classes@embroidery.london
